Onsite Camping

Two specific camping areas are available at the Games site.  One for motorhomes and tent trailers, and another for tent camping. Grounds open for camping Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 10:00 am and will continue to take campers until noon on Saturday, August 2, 2025.  Pets are welcome in the RV camping area as long as they remain at the RV and are leashed at all times. No pets are allowed on the Games site other than service animals.

  Thursday - 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  Friday - 6:00 AM -10:00AM, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  Saturday - 6:00 AM -10:00 AM, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  Sunday - 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM.

  • NO GLASS ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE CAMPING AREA.

  • The use of private golf carts, or similar, is prohibited in all areas of the Games.

Motorhomes, Tent Trailers, and Hardtops

General Information

  • RV Registration: The individual who registers the RV or vehicle and camper in their name (an adult over the age of 18) must be staying at the site, and takes full responsibility for what happens on and around their site. 

  • Pre-registration:

    • Pre-registration of your RV or vehicle and camper is a convenient way to pre-pay for attendance. This will also speed up your arrival process at the gate.

    • Pre-registration is available until Sunday, July 27, 2025 at 11:59 pm. After this date, all registrations will occur at the Campground gate.

  • On-site registration payment: Credit Card or Debit Card only - NO CASH ACCEPTED

Generators

  • Only whisper quiet style generators are permitted to be used in the Camping areas.

  • Usage is limited to between the hours of 7am to 11pm. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE

  • Those visitors who use medical devices, ie. CPAP machines, must consider battery backup devices as a power source from 11pm through 7am.

Serviced Sites

  • SOLD OUT FOR 2025

Non-serviced Sites

  • RV’s and trailers can be pre-registered, but specific lots are not able to be reserved. Locations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Historically, the Motorhomes, Tent Trailers, and Hardtops camping area will fill to capacity. The Glengarry Highland Games will make all efforts to accommodate camping visitors, but space cannot be guaranteed.  Pre-registration and payment does not guarantee a space, it is only provided as a convenience to speed your arrival experience.

  • The cost is $100 per person, no charge for children under 12 years old. Maximum of 6 per site.

    • For example, the cost for RV camping for 4 people would be $400.

  • Fee is payable by pre-registration or upon arrival at the camp registration area.

  • Includes Friday and Saturday access to the Games.

  • Portable washrooms on site.

  • Each person will be issued a wristband when entering the site. ONLY persons with wristbands will be allowed on site.

  • Pre-registration will be available until Sunday, July 27, 2025 at 11:59pm. On-site registration is available as of Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 10:00am. On-site payment by credit card requested.

Tent Camping

  • NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN TENT CAMPING AREA.

  • NO pre-registration option for tent sites.

  • Ten Camping on-site payment: Credit Card, Debit Card and Cash accepted.

  • The campsite must be registered in the name of someone over the age of 18 who is staying on the site and will take responsibility for all that takes place on site.

  • $100.00 per person per weekend, no charge for children under 12 years old. Maximum of 6 people per site.

  • Includes Friday and Saturday access to the Games.

  • Entry to tent camping begins Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 10:00am.

  • Portable washrooms on site.

  • Each person will be issued a wristband when entering the site. ONLY persons with wristbands will be allowed on site.
